I - Conferences - Registration fees

The fees include attendance to courses, the workshops, and 2 coffee breaks per day from the 19^th to the 23^rd

850 € before 30th october, 900 € after 30th october

Cancellation : Before 23^rd november 2008 : 50 %, after no refund

II - Accommodation

As soon as we will receive this registration form, we will send you the reservation’s confirmation with the total balance of your stay including the local tax and the name of your hotel .

Whatever the date of cancellation, the deposit will be kept.
From December 10th : No refund will be possible (100% of the whole stay is kept).
